Working with a NullSquare partner

What a confirmed partner can help with, which account details are shared, and what remains under your control.

A NullSquare partner can help your organization get started and coordinate support. The relationship is attached only after an organization administrator accepts it during onboarding.

Accepting a partner records the commercial and support relationship. It does not add the partner to your workspace or grant product permissions.

What you will learn

  • You decide. Accept or refuse the relationship before it is attached to your organization.
  • Limited visibility. Partners receive a small account and subscription summary, not workspace content.
  • Separate support consent. Every support authorization is requested and controlled separately.

What a partner can provide

  • Guidance while your team configures its organization and initial setup.
  • A named contact who can coordinate troubleshooting and follow-up with your team.
  • Commercial context about the programme, plans, and the services that partner offers.

Note

Tier is programme status, not certification

Member, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Strategic describe the partner’s current NullSquare programme tier. A tier does not certify every service the partner may offer.

What the partner can see

After confirmation, NullSquare exposes only the relationship and account summary needed for partner coordination.

  • Your organization name and the date and source of the confirmed relationship.
  • Your plan name, subscription lifecycle, renewal or end date, and first paid date when available.
  • The status of a support-authorization request.

What is not shared

  • Workspace members, risks, runs, scopes, targets, assets, reports, or credentials.
  • Invoices, payment methods, exact spend, or billing contacts.
  • Permission to view or change anything inside your organization.

Caution

Support authorization remains separate

A partner may ask for permission to assist with setup or troubleshooting. You can decline or revoke that record. It does not grant direct product access.

Accept or refuse the relationship

Accept only when the displayed partner is the organization you expected. Refusing removes the pending attribution and onboarding continues normally.

If an accepted relationship later appears incorrect or unsafe, an organization administrator can report it from Organization settings. The relationship is disputed and active support authorizations are revoked while it is reviewed.
