Runner troubleshooting

Resolve common private runner setup and execution issues.

Common issues

Runner offline: confirm the runner process is running and can reach NullSquare.
Docker not running: start Docker and rerun the install command.
Runner not assigned: attach the runner to the target scope.
Target unreachable: check VPN, routes, firewall rules, and DNS from the runner host.
Token rotated: redeploy or update the runner with the latest token.
Automation waiting: bring the attached runner back online.
