Statements and payment

How a month closes, how reversals are handled, and what has to be true before money can move.

Commission is worked out from settled customer payments — the money the client actually paid, after it cleared. Your rate is applied to that, never to list price and never to an invoice that has not settled.

What is running today

Your qualifying clients, your tier and your commission are calculated now, from real settled payments, and you can see all three in the portal. They are shown as a preview, and the portal says so on the figure itself.

Payouts are not open yet. No balance is payable, no statement is issued, and no payout authorisation exists — the programme document you accept says this in its own words, and this page says it so you do not have to find it there.

Nothing is lost while it is a preview. Your tier is counted from your first qualifying client, and the months are being calculated as they close.

Caution

Commission is calculated, not yet paid

What the portal shows you is an indicative figure from settled customer payments. Payouts open when commercial terms are activated, and you will be told when that happens rather than having to check.

Draft, issued, paid

Closing a month produces a draft statement. A draft is recomputable, which is how a data correction reaches the number. Once issued it is frozen and never changes.

Issued and paid statements appear in the portal; drafts stay ours until they are settled. Until payouts open, the statements list is empty by design rather than by fault.

Refunds and chargebacks

A reversal is not backdated into a statement that has already been issued. It appears as a negative line on the month the reversal occurred and nets off there. A month can therefore come out negative, and a negative month is carried rather than paid.

Currency and payout

Commission is paid in the currency it was collected in. Nothing is converted, so no exchange rate is ever applied to your earnings.

There is a payout minimum, and it is advisory rather than blocking — small months are held and settled together on one transfer rather than being stranded.

Note

Your numbers are in the portal

Your rate, your current tier and every statement are in the partner portal, where you are signed in. They are deliberately not published on a public page.

What you complete before you can be paid

Payment needs a legal identity to pay, not just an account. Your Account section lists what is outstanding and what is done, so there is no guessing about which step you are on.

  • A legal profile: registered name, entity type, country of registration, and a finance contact.
  • An accepted programme document, on the version you were shown.
  • Tax verification.
  • Payout details, entered with the payout provider rather than with us.

Note

We never hold your bank details

Payout onboarding happens on the provider’s own pages. NullSquare stores neither your bank details nor your identity documents — we hold the legal profile above and nothing more.
