How tiers move

Four tiers, decided monthly from your qualifying clients. A promotion pays from the following month.

The thresholds

There are four tiers — Member, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Strategic — and they are reached at 10, 25 and 50 qualifying active paying clients. Nobody is promoted by discussion; the number decides it.

What each tier unlocks is listed on the partner programme page. Strategic is a commercial-review threshold rather than another step on the same ladder: terms are set with you directly.

What each tier unlocks

Member, from your first qualifying client: referral links with every introduction tracked in your portal, the NullSquare badge on every client site you bring, recurring commission for as long as the client stays, and this documentation.

Tier 1, at ten: your company listed in the public partner directory, certification for your named contacts, the right to carry the Certified Partner mark in your own marketing, and priority triage on findings in your clients’ scopes.

Tier 2, at twenty-five: official partner for your region, introductions routed to you inside the product when a customer needs help fixing what we found, joint case studies and campaigns, and a named partner manager.

Strategic, at fifty: terms set with you directly under commercial review, early access to new agents before they are generally available, and a say in what gets built next.

Caution

Not all of this is open yet

Member benefits are live today. The partner directory, certification and in-app introductions open as the programme does. Your tier is counted from your first client either way, so nothing is lost by starting before they land.

When a change takes effect

Tiers are decided when a month is closed. A tier earned in one month applies from the next one, so the rate used for a given month is the tier you held during it, not the tier that month awarded you.

Tiers do not fall on a single bad month. A drop is applied deliberately and visibly rather than silently.
