Applying, and what happens next

If you have a question first

Ask before applying if it helps. The contact form on the main site has a Partnership Inquiry option, which routes to the people who read applications rather than to general support.

The sequence

1. Sign in, or create a NullSquare identity. If you already use NullSquare as a customer, sign in with that account rather than creating a second one.
2. Complete the application. It saves as you go, so it can be finished later.
3. We read it and reply either way.
4. On approval, accept the programme document. Partner tools stay locked until you do.

The programme document

Acceptance is recorded in the portal against your account and the exact version of the document you were shown. There is nothing to print, sign or return.

Acceptance starts a 24-month programme term. Renewal is manual: the term does not extend itself and no notice period is implied, so it will not roll over quietly. Your Agreement page shows the date you accepted, the date it runs until, and the receipt.

The document is readable in full before you accept it, and the version you accepted stays readable afterwards. You are never asked to agree to something you have not been shown.
